We can figure out most issues within 15 minutes of arrival!

Have a charging issue, Question mark folder, or a liquid spill? Every computer or device that comes in our shop gets an initial assessment. No matter the issue we will assess your device to give you a better idea of the issue before you leave.

Before you get too excited

Not all cases are straightforward. Some cases require a full service diagnostic or at least checking your device in so we can access whatever is going on. We may need to run an “Apple Service Diagnostic” or let a computer wait to dry from a minor liquid spill for a couple days. Either way, all retail customer diagnostics are free.

Exceptions: Are you a repair business?

All retail customers are subject to free diagnostics. However, If you are another repair business looking to get a diagnostic on your device the price is $59. This fee does goes towards your repair if you decide to fix your device.
