We can figure out most issues within 15 minutes of arrival!

Have a charging issue, Question mark folder, or a liquid spill? Every computer or device that comes in our shop gets an initial assessment. No matter the issue we will assess your device to give you a better idea of the issue before you leave.

Before you get too excited

Not all cases are straightforward. Some cases require a full service diagnostic or at least checking your device in so we can access whatever is going on. We may need to run an “Apple Service Diagnostic” or let a computer wait to dry from a minor liquid spill for a couple days. Either way, all retail customer diagnostics are free.

Exceptions: Are you a repair business?

All retail customers are subject to free diagnostics. However, If you are another repair business looking to get a diagnostic on your device the price is $59. This fee does goes towards your repair if you decide to fix your device.

Life sometimes gets the better of us and we get too busy, we totally get that. Besides who has time to have your laptop sit in a dusty repair shop for a couple days waiting to get worked on? That's why we can service your Mac in the comfort of your home. 

 
 

Travel Time

On-site Rates

Our general rate for one of our awesome Techs to come to your house is $199 per hour. This is our At-home rate and is different than our Remote-rate. We have a one hour minimum for our house calls but I'm sure we will get most all of your issues solved.

Yuck! Who likes paying for travel time? We got you covered on this. We want to make it as easy as possible to get the help you need.

 
 

Remote Rates

What is remote support?

Our rates for remote assistance is $149 per hour with a 15 minute minimum. This means you can get expert support by simply making a phone call! An internet connection is required for all remote connections.

Remote support saves you time and money. Instead of sending a technician to your house we use chat and video technologies to solve your issues from one of our remote locations.

Worried your onsite will take too long? Or have a repair question? Don't worry just give us a call! We can give you an estimate or answer any questions you may have.

If you feel like you need at least 3 hours or more per month? Pre-pay for 3 hours and we will only charge you for 2.5. This saves you time, money, and also gives you priority service. 

This is a Monthly service plan and can be cancelled anytime.

FAQ About Computer Donating

How do I know if is computer is worth donating? Here is our donation checklist.

  • My computer is a Laptop. Desktops are too cumbersome for students and require more maintenance.
  • My Laptop is a PC or a Mac. We can service both.
  • Laptop must be at at least 2008 or earlier. Older Laptops are slower and more costly to work on.
  • My Laptop has the Power cable. (If you do not have a power cable you can purchase one through us) 
  • My laptop turns on and is in decent condition. We will inspect your computer to see if your computer is E-waste.
  • If your computer is too old we can properly recycle it for you.
